Saturday 5km

Tried to run a very crummy 5km today. In hindsight, I shouldn't have run as hilly a course - my legs deserved a break. My legs felt like they had nothing, which was a combination of lots of running, training, gym and strength training, so fair enough!! And also, running without food - as much as I wish it wasn't an issue, I'm not sure it's for me. I had little spring in my step, and even after a walk break I felt sluggish. Just no energy in the hamstrings I guess.
Still, I was glad that I was out there attempting rather than just whining and attempting to sleep for a little longer.
