Do we call it laziness...

Haven't done much this week. Woke up feeling sick on Wednesday (sore throat etc), so missed run then. Still went to training, had a cruisy session. Thursday went to gym, feeling pretty yuck. Even today I didn't want to go to training, but I still did.

So consensus is thus. When I feel sick, I feel crap. And I think I've been sick so often lately because I've been training 5-6 days a week, and thus when I actually have a break (Monday-Tuesday), my body decides it's fun to play catch up. Oh, and I've slept like crap this week too.

HATE being sick though. Means I'm also more sore...:O my hammies today...bugger, they killed.

This afternoon's training session featured our photos being taken for the newspaper :D We're all going to be stars. And she kept on focusing in on me (despite there being 10 or so of us in the picture). Eeeek. Still, fun. And sheepishly I will say it's always been a goal to get my photo (although I wanted an action one) in the sports section.

Training was cool...in particular stringing together as many doubles as we can (I broke my record), and reconstructing my rudis. That's so desperately needed. Especially because I don't have enough forward skills in my vol without it. (Goodbye piked barani).

Strength training at the end - I've lost so much strength. We had to do 10 pushups and 10 pushup claps - I couldn't even do all of that!!! I used to be able to do 100. I've been too lax about strength - I need to get myself back into it.
