Monday 6.8km

Tonight's training was cancelled, and after some broken sleep this morning, I decided to run pm. Was a nice long slow run, with the focus on just running comfortably the distance and for time.
6.8km (according to gmaps), just under 45 minutes. Lots of up and downs all over the place, but nothing absolutely deadly.
Was feeling incredibly sick and bloated too the entire way - my stomach was 'pot belly' and all my muscles were stretching. I think that could be attributed to the potato gems for afternoon tea 1 hr prior :D
Was impressed to that I ran the entire way - first run of this distance in a week or two, and I tend to lose consistancy. Could really feel my cardio system struggling and working with the last few kms, just felt harder because I've been a little bit asthma sick plus it was quite cool.

Ooooh, I also had my first big stack - running downhill on dirt, tripped over a rock and fell down. Lots of dirt all over hands and knees. Was fun :D
