Wednesday June 20

Today's run, comfortable enough. Glad to have the iPod back.
11 minutes, 4 minute break (I convinced myself to stop being wossy), then 4 minutes up the hills --> 15 minutes (had to fit it in before work/training).

Trained like crap, finished early, just did strength; aborted 30 min bike ride.
