Gym tonight:
25 flipping flips on tramp...I hate doing these on Euros...
15-20 on floor...man, this is just one skill that I don't think I'm ever going to naturally get. I'm never going to be a 'natural' gymnast. I'm programmed to churn out somersaults. Some were horrific, some were fantastic...very annoying. + 5 HS pops (ow, muscles).
For the life of me I could not front sault tonight, it just wasn't my salto night...
Bars...
15 attempts at kips...don't go there, tonight just wasn't my night, my muscles were working against me.
3 sets x 10 swings - they're getting so much better, as are the long kips off the dead swing. I'll be gianting fairly soon...
6 x cast HS (spotted) - yay :D
I'm getting more flexible too...next week I'm going to be doing a heck of a lot more stretching, strength and exercise...first week back is always odd.
Tramp is going good too...I'll update more on everything soon.

Hey thanks becci for the comment, I'll write up about the trampoline stuff soon. I've been on a brief mental hiatus from the sport/running and everything else, hence no writing for a month...plus I wasn't really aware of anyone reading this...
